How to use our Fish Cake Mix
Step1: Pour water in a bowl
Add 200cc cold water for every 50g of Fish Cake Mix. You can also use milk or broth instead of water.
Step2: Add Fish Cake Mix
Gradually add the Fish Cake Mix into the bowl, ensuring that the mix is dispersed evenly. You can also use a blender.
Step3: Mix well
Mix well until the surimi (fish cake paste) acquires a sticky texture and appears shiny.
Step4: Cook the surimi
You can deep-fry, steam, broil, or boil the surimi. Please make sure to cook it until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (167°F), and do not eat it raw.
Additionally, after mixing the Fish Cake Mix with water, be sure to cook it within 5 minutes, as the texture may change.
